Our farms and fermentation plants span two continents. From the Imperial farms in Toyama and Okinawa’s Miyako islands to the organic tropical farms in Brazil.

Our Organic farms produce some of the finest herbs and fruits. Every effort from soil cultivation, use of non-GMO seeds, re-cultivation of ancient seeds; each are carefully hand-picked and selected, adapting maximum attention for premium segmentation.
Herbs with optimal seasonal harvesting periods, are hand picked during those periods (mainly the Spring equinox and first crop), thus providing only the highest levels of quality and efficacy.
Barely 1% of raw materials meet our stringent selection process and over 1,000 tests are done throughout to ensure exceptional quality in every limited production of Kaho Koso®.
